Still No Reply From Complaint 17 Aug

Hello Pieter<br> <br> Hope you can help me with my account at ADT armed response. I bough a house and in this house was an existing alarm system witch I took over from the previous owners. On signing the new contract with Mias Kruger there representative I made an EFT payment of R1520, this include the contract payment for the month as well as the radio license and for an expander module. The end of that month I received a sms telling me that I still own them ? R 720 for the installation of an alarm system at my house, which never happened because the house had an existing alarm. I contacted Palesa Mokoena and Maruti Shokane at ADT on the 30th of June and they promised that they will come back to me and of course that never happened, ref no (E****070). At the end of that month they deducted that money from my account. This month I received another bill of R 520. When I phoned Carel at ADT she told me it was for an installation of an alarm system again. She told me that she will get Palesa to call me back as she is in charge of my account, and of course, still haven't heard from her. They don't even want to give me contact details of their superior so that I can call them for assis
