Still no refund despite promises

ADT, on 24 February 2016, I wrote a report on this site. One of your employees called me. She promised an immediate refund and said that the EFT would be marked as urgent. Needless to say, it is a week later and I still have not received the refund due since 2 November 2015. I seldom see a company making so many promises they do not keep.<br> <br> In addition, an sms to confirm an appointment with the new owner of my previous property has just been sent to my cell phone. It is clear that it is not just the billing department and customer services failing to adhere to commitments - the sales department has not even entered his number on the system! Mine is still listed and I moved in November...
