Still no refund by ADT

Feedback on previous complained that I posted on the 17 Aug 2015 regarding payments for installation of an alarm system. Thanks to Peter I received a response from ADT confirming that they made a mistake and that they will refund me with in 7 days. This was more than 2 weeks ago and till today haven't received any refund from ADT. It looks like they are full of promises and that's were it stops. <br> <br> Hope you can help me again Peter because trying to phone then is just a waist of time.<br> <br> Thanks
