Still no conclusive feedback

After posting a complaint here a weekback about not been contacted when i requested in response to an SMS received from ADT. I have been liaising with Sandiselwe Mazibuko and to date i am awaiting a valid response from him. Yes he did call me on Wednesday and i sent him emails to confirm an appointment for this Saturday so that someone can come out and quote and i am still awaiting some form of response from them. I humbly request for me t be contacted by your customer service manager as it seems he gives a damn about customer centricity ..... i shall not consider using ADT as they service is non existant and what if i am in need of their services do i have to wait so long for a response vehicle???
