Still have not being contacted by ADT

Good morning ,<br> I have had endless problems with ADT accounts department in the past, we have finally sorted our account out last year December but a woman by name of Flouzia keeps messing our account up by putting on different charges, I have sent proof of payment each month but obviously the accounts department doesn't bother reading their emails. Flouzia obviously cant reconcile other clients accounts and therefore puts the differences onto our account when she feels like it. I was promised by head office that we will not have an problems with ADT accounts department again but as i knew that wouldn't last long and have being proven to be right. Can someone please contact me so that we can solve our account and get these charges off our account as i have no idea what they refer to and why they have being put onto our account. I have all proof of payments as well so this shouldn't be difficult. Account: PER 251
