Still Awaiting Responce to remove Unit

I contacted ADT about 2 weeks ago requesting a settlement balance till end of contract as I have moved property and I don't need the unit anymore. I received the feedback required in regard with an amount and a statement.<br> now my issue is, I have been emailing the person for the last 3 days and requested a date as to when the unit will be removed from the property, and I still have not received a response, I have already moved out and don't want the unit to get damaged or anything, I need it out ASAP.<br> the person that I have been in contact with is :BASHELE, BETTY
