STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK

Today, at 14:58, ADT called to inform me that my alarm at my house went off and that they dispatched a vehicle to go and investigate. I requested them to give me feedback. Up to now, I have not received any feedback as to what the situation at my home is.<br> <br> As I work in Cape Town, it is quite concerning to me that I now do not know whether there was a break-in or not. At any given time, a couple of ADT vehicles are stationed in Welgemoed area, particiular at the Engen garage, which is 5 minutes from my home. This makes their non-response to my request even more concerning.<br> <br> Last year, I had the same situation and it was escalated to Management, which offered me sincere apologies and ensured that they will rectified the matter. In spite of all their promises and apologies, it happened again.
