Stil asleep after Seven years

Called ADT to clear a false Alarm. The agent who 'checked our profile' came up with the address we left 7 years ago and ADT moved our account at that time ...or so I thought.. Have told ADT of this many times but no improvement. So where will the guards go in an emergency ??? But I suppose I'm at fault, stll using ADT after they gave our Digipad code to ******s And we were held up at gunpoint. Always there ? So they say. But the lights aren't on upstairs.
