Stay away from FIDELITY ADT if you value your home, belongings, family or life!

Short of their offices being stationed 100m away from your house...avoid using this company AT ALL COSTS. Their average response time is 20 minutes - and this is if you call them and cut out the extra 5 minutes it takes them to call you after you push the panic button or the alarm is activated. So - you should get assistance to your EMERGENCY in about 25 minutes. Hopefully you are being attacked by South Africa's SLOWEST ********* so that ADT has enough time to arrive and do something about it. Oh..and let's also hope you don't have any gates, walls, doors or anything that is in the way of ADT getting to you. This is an obstacle that they are COMPLETELY UNABLE to overcome. They will just stand at your gate and peer over the wall... So if you're being attacked, or tied up INSIDE your home - you will need to get assistance elsewhere. Or kindly ask your attacker to please do the ******ing on your front verge so that you have a chance of getting help. You have a better chance of calling an Uber and asking the driver to bring a cricket bat, it's cheaper as well.
