Stay away from adt

Im unhappy with the service from adt 2weeks ago i tested my alarm and i realised there's a huge delay on one of my door controls before the alarm activates, i told the consultant that phoned me she said she would inform technical division to contact me till this hour they haven't contacted me, last week my sister went to my house without informing me the alarm went off and adt phoned me i told them to react im not at home they never got back to me they take long to react and that will give burglars enough time to carry out your belongings really disappointed in adt once this contract ends im leaving them one can not compromise on security.
