Statement query - No reply

I wrote a mail to [Email Removed] to enquire as to why I am not receiving any statements. The automated reply I received 3 days ago is the only reply I am getting. It is seriously frustrating when the debit order goes through month after month, year after year and when I need something I am faced with: \you are experiencing high volumes of mails\". (Why are you getting so many mails...?) I need to clarify as to why the debit order amount is so high - but I get no response... \"ADT - ALWAYS THERE\" To? Collect? Just asking... <br> <br> "
