Spent an hour trying to become one of your clients but apparently you don't need clients
<p>I called ADT asking for a area/branch manager of north cliff and the sales staff refused to give it to me. Put me on hold repeatedly and then put me through to an key client division and a technical divisision. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was told by a neighbor to get hold of the area manager for north cliff as he was good and would allay some fears we had due to ADT past poor performance of not answering a panic button and not responding to an emergency call for over an hour and still not attending or apologizing after the incident.</p> <p> </p> <p>i can see your sales service is just as bad as your armed response service. </p>

Well it's 5:25 pm and you have failed to call me or contact me today as you suggested. It's very much like when you failed to respond to a panic button. Not only has your armed response and your sales team failed but also your customer relations. I defiantly won't be making use of your company.

I did did see one of your cars run a stop street and turn in front of me today.
dw 53 sz gp. He first denied doing this then accused me of not putting my indicator on and then said I did put my indicator on and tried to drive away from me.
