Spam (possible data breach and *****, need clarity before opening case with police)
Where did you get my number? Who gave you permission to spam me? (I have the option to opt out so clearly someone has committed ***** and has opt in on my behalf)
Please give me the above details. I need to report a data breach (and *****) to police. I need to know where you got my number as I need to identify what services I use were hacked and report the data theft to police (as it may contain my sensitive banking information)
Also need to know who impersonated me to commit ***** to "opt in".
I need to know who is in position of my private number as a lot of ***** can be committed as that number is used for the 2 step verification of multiple financial services.
If you are unable to provide me with the information of the person who opted me in then I will be handing this case over to ICASA and WASPA for unsolicited spam.

Note that I will never support a company who spams me or my friends and family as it's a terrible business practice and encourage all my family and friends to do the same and boycott all businesses who spam. Spamming is really bad for public relations.

Can't you just advertise on Google searches like so many other companies instead of spamming people?
If I need a new security company I'll look on Google for one. And would click on your companies link but I hate getting spam and as such view your company in a very negative light. You really need to realise that your target customers don't want spam and I'd like your company to pledge to never spam again with marketing sent to verified subscriptions only (could be good marketing public relations for you, leading consumer best practice against UNWANTED spam)
But now that I've received this spam ADT is the last security company I will ever consider.
Regarding the data leak a friend told me not to worry as companies often share and sell numbers (which as a consumer I hate and is a massive violation of my privacy besides the fact I get bothered by spam I absolutely don't want)

I need to know the above, as there is different people dealing with different branches. eg; whether you would fall under our Coastal Region, CT, KZN, PE, or our Inland region, JHB, PTA.
