Something to consider

As a Fidelity ADT customer I believe that that some of the features should come standard when you sign up for ADT, we should receive some kind of crash course into security systems, like how to change your alarm code, I mean that should be a standard that all users know and are able to do it by themselves, passwords get compromised easily therefore users should be able to change them at will, as opposed to having to wait for a technician to come to our houses and do it for us also I called in a few days ago to find out if it would be possible to create a second code for another user and I was answered with a yes ot’s possible, those are some of the things we should be able to do by ourselves
