So where are ADT???

<p>Today my alarm was triggered whislt I worked inside at home. I have security beams outside which are always activiated during the day. ADT phoned to enquire about the triggered alarm, and I respond to say that I'm home, locked inside, but need ADT security response to come conduct a perimeter check. They said "OK, we will send someone". 20 min later and NO ADT!!!! The alarm goes off again. But this time ADT don't even call me. So I phone them. After being put on hold twice, and then cut off another three times, I find out that ADT have requested a partner response compancy to do a site check. However the partner response compancy can't find my address. It turns out ADT called the wrong response compancy, who service a completely different region than the one I live in!! This is unacceptable!! I'm then told that ADT will call me back immediately to arrange a perimeter check. That was 1.5 hours ago!! I still haven't been contacted. What on earth do I pay ADT for?? What on earth does ADT think they're doing?? You guys need to wake up, and wake up fast. Still waiting for some sort of response from ADT...</p>
