So much for security & peace of mind!!!!!!!!

It took the armed response vehiche 19min to get to my house. Signal recieved @ 10:24 they arrived @10:43- ******* got away with a "mounted" TV & had time to take jewellery from the room???so much time. It took me 20 minutes to get home a distance of 18km's. Where were they...I asked for reports from a Broonhilda Van Wyk who delibaterly chooses not to answer me since 15-06. Logged a complaint online 20-05, called the call centre 23-06 and still feedback, call or explaination. ADT must take some sort of accountabilty, i pay every month to be protected but lost valuables in return.</p>
