Slow Service

ADT responded to a call out only after 25 minutes and their reasoning is \they responded to a critical incident\".<br> I'm not a happy with the service and ADT. The Control Room Manager Kwanele and Carlos (Regional manager) has not given me sufficient feedback as to why the response time took longer than 25 minutes or why the control room could not call me back with reasoning as to why they are late in responding to my alarm when a intruder was on my property. Who do I address to as no one can give me answers. This is not the first incident with pathetic response times. ADT - I responded to my own alarm activation and your service sucks. "
