SLOW RESPONSE

<p>I have been a customer with ADT for 12 years and sadly needed them when I was involved in an attempted armed ******* at my house. It is with disgust that I have to rate the company that I rely on to attend to my security and the safety of my family so poorly. It took forever for the response car to arrive on the scene as apparently the officer could not find our street as the street boards were not visible. We were then told we have to rectify the situation with the municipality. As most South Africans know, the majority of street name boards have disappeared but then some clever person invented something called GPS which comes in a little machine you can stick on your windscreen or you can get it on your phone. Surely a security company is not so behind the times that they cannot organise an alternative way to find their clients???? ADT also promised to come and see me regarding the poor response time and lo and behold, not a soul has been seen. My recommendation to everyone considering a new security company, look for street boards in your area so ADT can find you otherwise use someone local.</p>
