Slow Response

My alarm went off at 1am, got a call from ADT confirmed with them that I am freaked out as the alarm is from the front of the house which they promised to send to send response team. Response team came at 2:20 am being secupro. This is unacceptable, if there was forced entry or ******* my belongings would have been gone or something serious would have happened. ART needs to get their response team in order. The same as their technicians, I requested an additional sensor 2 weeks ago, no one has come back to me. I am so unhappy. I am considering a different security company as I do not really feel secured
