Shocking to HEAR

Please be aware that you buy these contracts without checking whether they are properly installed or not. Then you take on the clients without any representation to say that these were agents as they advertise themselves as ADT suppliers carrying the logo of ADT. Now when we have problem with the system then all this out of warranty comes up. Furthermore I was just informed a week ago that even though we are told we get a free alarm when taking a contract, it's not actually the alarm we getting, its the installation that is free. So my question is firstly, if i don't own something how can I install it because the unit belongs your misleading representatives and then you buy the contract from them. The second question is, what do you buy, the contract with the unit or just the contract itself. If you buying the contract itself, then the unit is not yours and if you buying it with the unit then the maintenance should be your responsibility because without the unit or with a non functioning unit there is no contract. <br>
