Shocking! Still deducting from my account after cancellation & false promises.
First the salesman tells me I get a grace period (free for 3 months or so), then they charge me odd amounts and started charging me full price from the first month. I cancelled and they are still deducting from my account 3 months later. Shocking. And they wonder why you leave.
