Shocking services

Absolutely disgusting that 2 years later after we cancelled our services with you to which I have the ticket number and also the cancellation and acknowledgement on email I get a sms to say our debt has been sold to Norman Bisset Attorneys which are just as incompetant as ADT as you don't get hold of them and when you get through they drop the calls after holding for more than 5min a time. And then you happily cancelled and came and removed your radio to avoid legal action been taken against you as you charged for services which you did not supply and caused us a company losses due to a break in. I hope I receive a call from Senior management and this is corrected.
