Shocking service / non-service

<p>8 days ago (Thursday) I agreed to an ADT contract and installation that was supposed to happen the next day (Friday). No-one arrived and no-one notified me. When I followed up, I was told that they could not get the equipment and that everyone had left work early; they would come the next day (Sa****ay). Again, no-one arrived and I was not notified. I followed up and was told that the installation would happen on the Tuesday at 12.00. Again, no-one arrived and I followed up. At about 4.30 pm technicians arrived and said they had been parked in. and could not get out. They started with the installation, and the rep took the R1746 as requested. Installation had to stop as they had not brought pet-sensitive passives as requested, nor the 2 remotes or the lock box. They did the wiring, then left. Wednesday they brought the passives, and the 2 remotes, but no lock box. The lock box would be installed on Friday (today). Another technician was also going to come out today to quote on linking our existing electric fencing to the alarm. No-one has arrived and there has as usual been no communication. I can't even get hold of the branch to complain!</p> <p> </p>
