Shocking Service from ADT

I obtained a quote from ADT (1 Charles Cresent, Eastgate, Ext 4, Sandton) for an alarm installation at my new address on 22 Jan 2016. I accepted the quote, I paid the required amount in full on 26 Jan 2016 and also forwarded ADT the required documents. I had to continually contact the sales consultant to follow up on the installation. On 17 Feb 2016, I was promised that all has been sorted and that the installation will take place early week of 22 Feb 2016. It is a month later & the installation has not yet been done.
