Shocking service ADT

So this morning I had the unpleasant and unfortunate circumstance where my neighbor was attacked, ****** and stabbed with a knife while waiting for his lift to work. Screaming for help we, as close neighbors, immediately responded to his cries. My wife immediately pressed the panic button for ADT to respond. SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING are your levels of service ADT. It took more than 30 min for your response vehicle to arrive and the ambulance we asked for never arrived. What if this had been a life and death situation where we were unable to move the victim or if we had been in a hostage situation???? Why do we not see daily patrols in our area ADT??? Why with your pathetic levels of service ADT, do you keep increasing monthly fees???? You get only one chance in a critical situation and you ADT failed this test terribly...........
