SHOCKING SERVICE !!!!

This company's management can NEVER be reached for them to intervene in their operational issues, nor do they even call back. The consultants will send you from pillar to post and each time the story changes whilst being transferred....SHOCKING!!!!! Clearly customer care means nothing...to all new existing / new users be careful, these guys are not serious about protecting you or your assets. They arrived 55mins later after alarm activation.....and this is not the first time...We will be cancelling and moving ALL our business sites away from these guys.
