Shocking Service

ADT East London must be the worst to deal with, used my airtime waiting for someone in technical to answer their phone and after 2+ minutes hanging on, I get cut off. Phone again and again and nobody bothers to answer. Go through to a Gentleman in Cape Town and you could not get better service. Been with ADT for almost 19 years, never ever missed a monthly payment in all these years, but the service in EL office is shocking. Armed response and technicians are however wonderful and an asset to this Company.
