Shocking service

After 20 years I have decided to part ways with ADT. Their service has deteriorated badly. I recently had a burglary at my home; they dispatched the response team quickly, fair enough. What shocked me is that the response team left a note at the gate that they checked and all was well. While they were in the street writing a note, the ********s were inside the property. I emailed ADT complaining about this incident, only to receive a lousy telephone call excuse. There is more to their pathetic service.
