Shocking service
I received a quote from Simon Letanta from ADT for alarm monitoring and armed response and accepted the quote. Simon then arrange with me to have the alarm installation done on Monday 14 Sept but without specifying a time. On the Monday I tried contacting him several times on all numbers I have for him but none were answered and no messages returned. And nobody arrive for the installation. On Tuesday 15 Sept he returned my call from the day before and he was extremely surprised that I was upset about the events and ended up putting the phone down in my ear. I will be using a competitor for this service.
