Shocking service
ADT bought our security, Londoloza. Obviously came and assured us of seamless handover, same service, etc etc etc. Firstly we discover a month down the line that the new guards have no access to our complex so haven't been patrolling, yet have been happily taking our money. Then my alarm triggered yesterday, no response. I phone ADT and they just blame Londoloza. Again, happy to take my money, not so happy to deliver the service.
