Shocking service

My alarm at my company is not working, I had to give them ALL my details, to make sure that the correct person was phoning in?? Only to be told that they can come on 3 January to repair the alarm. This is a company or I must sit at 5 and wait for someone to come in, they could not even book a time. I told them that I was going to sit alone in a business to wait for someone to arrive at some time?

I can only claim if from the insurance if the alarm is working. I still waiting to hear what happens if there is a break in, how ADT is going to assist with an inurance claim. I have managed to isolate the alarm but the entire back area and the whole of upstairs is now off. So they could break in and not even activate the alarm.
