Shocking service
ADT - what shocking service! Have tried to speak to someone in authority all morning with no joy...now no reply!
We switched service providers, ADT were very quick to come and remove the radio but at the same time they 'locked' the panel. Not sure if this was done intentionally or mistakingly....but very *********
Totally impossible to get any assistance from them....just shocking service all around...expected better service from a so called leading security company!
just warning all out there not to be taken for a ride. We paid for our alarm cash so it does not belong to ADT!
