Shocking Service

My alarm has not been working for three weeks. the panic buttons go off a few times a week, sometimes 4 times a day in error. I have called, I have e-mailed, but I am get to get anyone to help. I had a meeting last week but after waiting for almost 2 hours I gave up. I have NEVER had anyone from ADT attend a meeting on time, or within an hour of my appointment. Am still waiting and now none of my cameras work either and I can not get any help.
