Shocking response time, **** to by Adt sales man!
Absolutely shocking response time. Was **** to by a very convincing sales man in the Durban area. He guaranteed that the response time was less than 15min. In the year that we've been trapped in this joke of a security company, they have fulfilled that response time promise only once. 2 weeks ago it took them 40+min to respond to an activation! The average response time is way over 20+min since I've been with them. I feel like a fool for believing that sales man. Who assured me after a simular experience with another security company and told me Adt has a much better response time. I am trapped for another year. Please don't be fooled like I was.
