Shocking response time!

I can highly recommend ADT in Johannesburg as a body retrieval service because by the time they respond to an alarm your family would have been ******ed by intruders.

I have now lost count where it takes 20mins plus to respond to my home after an alarm has been triggered at night.

Do not use this company. The call center is automated so if there is an emergency you can't even speak to a person. You have to select an option while the front door is being broken down.

The app for the alarm system is usless as it only works about 10% of the time.
