Shocking Response time

The Service just get worse every time I require assistance,<br> <br> Every month my debit order is taken and service is paid for. The debited order goes off on time with no delays, yet when service is requested there is no service.<br> <br> On Friday the 12th I tried there wait for me services and yet again they fail to deliver. .....20 min after I got home they arrived......<br> On 19 02 2016 I had once again had an incidant where there where guys standing in our close at our gate and when the alarm was triggered theye ran away,<br> <br> Adt arrived and hour late,<br> <br> Not only did they arrive late but we still need to ask them why they do not check the perimeter as we have a pad lock....<br> <br> This is not the first, second or third time.<br> <br> We have suffered loss the last time and todate I have not received feedback from adt.<br> <br> What am I paying for?<br> <br>
