Shocking Response Time!!

I have been a loyal customer of ADT Security for the past 8 years.. I pay my R300+ per month. On top of that, I also pay monthly, towards our controlled access security area, in which we live, that is also monitored by ADT. So in effect, I'm paying ADT allot of money each month for our security. I feel in that case, I should be able to expect, at the very least, the service that they promise to give you! Last night, I had my outside beams activated, only to have them go off, to find an ADT reaction guard wandering around my property, shining a torch in my windows? When I called the control room, their answer, before I had even finished explaining what had happened, was that it was due to load shedding!! Seriously? Tonight, my alarm went off at 6.14pm, control room phoned me, I asked them to send response vehicle to check. I was out at the time. At 7.22pm, I was standing in my kitchen, only to have the response guy arrive at the gate. His excuse, load shedding! I called the control room to ask them if they were for real, sending me a vehicle more than a hour later? He also said, Load Shedding! I'm still waiting for the shift manager to call me? ADT...NEVER THERE FOR YOU!!
