Shocking response time!

I was contacted today by ADT to say my house alarm had been activated, they called me at 14:38. I explained there was no one at home and to please send someone to check the house. I left work and went home. Their armed response vehicle arrived at my house at 15:07!! It took 35 minutes to send someone to my house in an emergency situation! Apparently they have only 1 vehicle covering the area I live in and that vehicle was busy on a different emergency call when my alarm was activated. What is the point of paying a monthly premium to ensure safety when it takes over half an hour for someone to get to my house! Absolute disgrace!! I got to my house before ADT arrived!
