shocking level of service!

To whom it may concern. ADT is shockingly unprofessional and to do not honor their word. I am disappointed and extremely annoyed at the shocking level of service ADT has provided. Not only has my mother who is an elderly woman consistently being billed for services NOT authorized by her, which i should not have to point out is *******. This is not just theft, but ***** as well! I have gone out of my way to resolve the issue, to which i was told yesterday by ADT would be sorted out or at the very least, someone would get back to me... No one has!!! ADT service is absolutely shocking and i will be taking matters further to the Ombudsman, if this is not sorted out by end of toady!
