Shocking experience and bad service

I am shocked at the service I keep on receiving from adt. The armed response service is shocking, they come 30 mins after the alarm is triggered, but I did not think the technical sales team also does watered down jobs.

I recently had a quote for a beam for R3600 and something, they came to install it, they were supposed to ensure all the the alarm is working, as I asked that from the sales person and it was written down. They did a poor job, and left other beams that were working not working. When I asked they said they were supposed to fit the beam only. I would like to speak to someone at adt because at this point I think they are not interested in my business.in my area adt has the reputation, now I see why.
