Shocking customer service

To summarise the absolute mediocrity of this money guzzling company with no idea of customer service in a review of 1200 characters is impossible, needless to say I eventually resorted to emailing them a full account of the multiple issues, to which they responded that the were sending a technician immediately, which is ridiculous because no one is at home to meet their agent and the time should be pre-agreed, and after two and a half months, I'm way beyond letting them try to sort out the issue!
