Shame on you ADT!

Horrible service. I would not recommend this company at all. I have requested a refund from them since January 2024 and to date that refund has not been received. They quoted me on an installation job, I accepted the quotation and paid the deposit. On the scheduled installation date I called them to find out how far they were as I needed to go to work… lo and behold they told me that I had to pay more on the quotation they gave me. I then told them that I accepted the quote based on the amount and that their change meant that I would not be in a position to accept their quotation. Another service provider quoted less than what they wanted to charge me now. They agreed to refund me and requested that I submit the required information, which I did. I have called them on numerous occasions to no avail (useless call centre) sent emails (no response) I even have a ticket number (E7F8AE2653A40). I will be issuing Summons against them and hope to get Judgement against them for undue enrichment. Shame on you ADT!
