Service, what service? When you need them, they're NEVER THERE.

Again after hiccups months ago when my alarm activates or I push a panic button I either don't get a call at all, or I get after being milurdered five minutes later AND no car ever arrives.... The person managing X ( Twitter) is clueless as well... I just want to know if I have an emergency someone will either arrive or call promptly... Is this too much to ask for??? I'm in Claremont and I see teams of vans parked a few blocks down the road.... I'm seriously considering cancelling... This not what I signed up for.
