Service UNACCEPTABLE

<p> Adt armed reposnse is unacceptable, on two occassions, it took an hour for a van to arrive to our home after alarm activated. One time we arraived beofre armed response. I wan reimbur*****t and no concrete apology or reimbur*****t has been made from ADT in this regard. Just poorly trained staff making apologies with we under staffed and high call volumes. well them why take more clients. Service the ones you have!!</p>
