service suspended

I have 2 alarms and have been paying it every month in two premises and my mother's alarm went off and no one responded and when i called was told that it was suspended due to bad debt where by my debit was going off every month. With no communication from any one. Last month i paid R1000 towards the account on top of the debits that were going off. I am very unhappy with the service and even reconsidering looking for another service provider. From fundiswa
