Service sucks

Iam so disgusted with your services on numerous occasions i have been calling and emailing your company to de install from a car i sold and re install into my new car its almost 3 weeks a agent will call and promise me to call next day and does not call and your phone lines are not in good working order I want to cancel the contract and through no fault of mine i will not be penalised
