Service Required

Following an interaction with a sales person I signed the quote and asked for the job to be done in SEPTEMBER 15. Since then I have mailed the sales person as well as the call centre on a number of occasions. My calls to the call centre have resulted in assurances that they would call me back and still nothing happens. The alarm is triggered regularly and I am being charged for too many call outs but ADT cannot undertake a simple repair job. Calling the supplier and getting someone on the line is the moist frustrating experience as you cannot ever speak to anyone other than a call centre agent who does nothing and you end up holding for ages.
