Service is Pathetic

I have alarm in my house am paying ADT every month but when it comes that alarm went off ADT will contact us back to check if everything is ok after 5 to 10 minutes ? if we our response if we have no idea we at work no one at home ADT take an hour to 2 hours to come to the house why ? obviously if we by the house we could have been dead by that time ? how can you risk people's life like that ? what is the use of paying ADT Security if they not protecting us ? <br> Today still alarm went off ADT call at 10:24am to ask and they were advise that no at home , ADT guys only came to check if everything is ok at 11:25 ? what the **** is happening ?<br> <br> I want a manager or anyone higher to contact me urgently ?<br>
