Service delivery stinks

I have installed ADT Alarm system in hopes of keeping myself and my family safe from burglary, to my surprise the alarm does not even work a month ago there was a check we informed the guy that was doing his rounds that the alarm is not working he checked it and confirm that it was not, he took down information from the box and assured us that it will be fixed, i called into the call centre on numerous occasions but as usual been placed on hold for hours on end with no assistance, last week Friday morning guys entered my house when the panic button was pressed no one to assist in anyway even to date no one has come around to check if we okay. This system can be removed for all i care i will surely join a security company that is willing to protect and serve.<br> <br>
