I was debited on 2 December with more than what I authorised ADT to do and this I consider theft. I logged a ticket with their customer support centre via their website and guess what: to date no one has contacted me (E8416E65D4CDA). I am also in the process of cancelling my account, they were quick to phone me to tell me they are coming to remove the signage. I give you 48 hours to refund me with the extra amount you took from me without permission. If not, I will be laying a case at the police.
